Shipping & delivery
- How long is shipping and delivery?
- All packages are shipped from Paris, France. For orders within Europe, delivery typically takes 7-10 business days. For destinations outside of Europe, shipping may take 10-20 days.
- When you pre-order please know it will take about 4 weeks before your order is shipped out.
- Do you ship worldwide?
- We currently ship to: The EU (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden), the UK, United States, and Canada. Unfortunately we are not international yet, but we do aim to be very soon!
Returns & exchanges
- What is your return and exchange policy?
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on bikini’s.
- If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us via our returns form/emaol within 7-14days of delivery.
Product availability
- Will there be more drops of 001: REVISED:
- This year, we’re planning just three drops of this style before moving on. It will make a comeback eventually, but we’re excited to showcase our other styles!
- All restocks will be announced on Instagram. Our drops are limited, so make sure to follow us to make sure you don’t miss out!
MINX care:
- How to look after the bikini?
- We recommend hand washing your bikini and allowing it to air dry in a shaded area. Please handle the metal balls with care, as they can loosen or unscrew over time.
Product info:
- All bikini’s are made from nylon (90%) and spandex (10%), the rings are made from alloy metals.
